Dawn Garibaldi is a seasoned executive coach and innovative thought leader in leadership, high-impact teams, and navigating organizational complexity. Known for her razor-sharp intelligence, perceptiveness, and an empowering yet challenging coaching style, Dawn is a trusted advisor to CEOs, C-suite leaders, and executive teams. As founder and CEO of Amplify Strategy Group, Dawn partners with leaders to navigate high-stakes environments, uncover growth opportunities, lead through change and foster authentic leadership cultures. Her approach challenges entrenched leadership patterns, reveals blind spots, and equips leaders to confidently drive innovation and operational excellence.

Dawn’s global leadership experience spans over 30 years, including pioneering roles as a Fortune 50 Supply Chain and Innovation leader. She led the design of mainland China’s first nationwide supply chain and was the first female plant manager for Procter & Gamble in Turkey and Germany. Her leadership has guided teams and organizations to achieve breakthrough results in culturally diverse environments across Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Certified by the International Coaching Federation, the Coaches Training Institute, Core Strengths and Positive Intelligence, as well as trained in methodologies of Adult Development Theory and Neuroscience, which she applies in designing and delivering leadership development programs. She holds a BS degree in Microbiology from the University of Rochester and has been an Executive Faculty member at the Rady School of Management at University of California, San Diego. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Aurora Fox Arts Center.
