Esther is a seasoned, certified Executive Coach and a designer, facilitator, and strategic partner in Leadership Development programs. She works with international leaders—often Women Leaders—who operate in complex, multicultural, and global environments, supporting their successful transition into more senior roles, accelerating their leadership impact, and enabling them to thrive amid uncertainty. Esther helps her clients lead with confidence, navigate complexity, and drive tangible business results while maintaining resilience and balance. She enables meaningful behavior change by cultivating deeper self-awareness and fostering inclusive leadership—empowering leaders to build high-performing, diverse teams where everyone can thrive.

She works with individuals as well as teams and large groups, in English, German and Spanish and occasionally in French, across the private and public sector. Topics of the programs she designed and led include Inclusive Leadership; Transition from technical manager to people manager; Conflict Management; Coaching skills for managers; Women Leadership; Women in Politics; Resilience & Self Leadership.

Esther draws on 20 years’ experience as a global marketing executive with roles in strategic leadership as well as operations/line management in several Fortune 100 companies. She is an experienced global leader of multi-functional and multi-cultural teams and has held leadership positions with Colgate-Palmolive; Procter & Gamble; Novartis OTC, in Europe and the USA. She understands the complexity of working in a diverse environment, the challenges that organizational change can impose, and the leadership competencies required to thrive in global organizations. For many years she served in several leadership positions within the International Coaching Federation in Switzerland, and from 2018 to 2019 as their president.

Today she is a faculty member of CTI, (Co-Active Training institute), one of the oldest and largest in-person coach and leadership training organizations in the world. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is an Accredited Coach Supervisor with the Coach Supervision Academy (CSA) and  received the Swiss Advanced Federal Diploma as a “Supervisor-Coach”. Esther has a Masters Degree in Business Administration  from the University of Hamburg, Germany, specialized in Marketing.

Esther is a native German and has lived and worked in Argentina, Singapore, and the USA. She is a naturalized Swiss citizen and now based in Geneva, Switzerland.
