FLORENCE GUESNET

Florence Marie Guesnet is a German-French executive coach, marketing strategist, and author with a distinguished international career. Born and raised in Bensberg near Cologne, she is fluent in German, English, and French, reflecting her multicultural heritage.

Florence began her professional journey as a trained garment seamstress before pursuing a degree in economics at the University of Wuppertal. Her corporate career includes senior leadership roles at globally recognized companies such as Procter & Gamble, Melitta, Estée Lauder Companies, and Heineken International. In these roles, she focused on market research, corporate strategy, innovation, customer-centric marketing, brand positioning, and the digitalization of customer relationships.

In 2015, Florence transitioned into coaching and consulting, earning her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)  in 2016 and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in 2020, with training from MMS Worldwide Institute. In addition, she is trained in Non-Violent Communication, Transformation Leadership Presence and Positive Intelligence. She is a licensed consultant of JANSSEN’S MODEL® “Four rooms of change”. She is the founder of ambitionize, a consulting firm dedicated to leadership development, customer-centric strategies and insights-inspired marketing. 

Florence's contributions to the field have been recognized internationally; she was named "Marketer of the Year" at the 2014 Cannes Lions and served on the Program Commission for the 2015 ESOMAR Congress. She authored the book Courage at Work: Your Path to Strong Leadership, which explores the importance of developing and exercising courage in professional settings.

In addition, she is a partner at CONTUR GmbH and Advisor at ENLIGHTEN ADVISORY. In her personal life, Florence resides in the Rhineland with her husband and enjoys spending time at her vacation home in the Wendland region.
