Heidi coaches, consults, facilitates, teaches, and speaks internationally on the topics of leadership, innovation, and personal and organizational transformation.

Prior to this, over her 30+ year career at Fortune 50 company Procter & Gamble, Heidi led global innovation for brands, accounting cumulatively for over $100 billion in sales. During this time, she led thousands of people across Europe, North and South America, and Asia, consistently creating high-performing, socially and emotionally intelligent teams who delivered their stretching goals.   

Heidi takes a whole-person, systemic approach.  She enables her clients to step into their personal power in a way that fosters self-awareness, relationship building, well-being, and resilience.  She meets people where they are and facilitates pragmatic, action-oriented progress. 

She has a proven track record of effectively supporting teams to navigate uncertainty, common in innovation work. She is also a trauma-informed coach and organizational constellation facilitator, enabling teams to see what lies beneath their elusive issues.  

Heidi is the author of the teaching memoir book Choose Love, How to Move Through Heartache with Grace and Rise like a Phoenix, where she shares a roadmap for healing through difficult life passages.  She is also the author of Lead with Love, The Head, Heart and Hands Leadership Needed Now.  Lead with Love shares practical tips for achieving the exceptional self-mastery and social and emotional intelligence required for successful leadership now.

Heidi loves to travel and expand her perspective by experiencing different cultures.  After growing up in Illinois, graduating with a Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and working three years in the US, she moved to Europe, where she lived in Brussels for 20 years and Germany for 10 years. During this time, she travelled to over 60 countries.  Heidi speaks conversational French and Italian, and basic German.

In her free time, Heidi can be found with friends and family, singing and songwriting, skiing, hiking, and biking in the Foothills of Boulder, Colorado.
