Founder of Ellumine Consulting & Coaching, Roula Clerc-Nassar is on a mission to inspire women professionals to lead fulfilling careers and lives. To that end, she provides Executive & Team Coaching, Leadership Development programs, Keynote Speaking, Assessments, as well as Training & Consultancy to improve Executive Teams' Cohesion and Inclusion.

Before founding Ellumine, Roula spent 24 years in 2 leading Multinationals: P&G and PepsiCo, where she succeeded in climbing the corporate hierarchy, while retaining her female leadership style. Her last position was Vice President Insights at PepsiCo Europe & Sub-Saharan Africa. 

A seasoned Leader, Human Understanding expert, and an Insightful Researcher, Roula is passionate about and has consistently excelled in growing people and building high-performing teams. She has furthered her capabilities in these areas through multiple coaching accreditations and is particularly passionate about applying some of the principles of neuroscience to coaching to help create transformation and lasting change.

Roula also continues to leverage her research expertise to provide leading-edge solutions that can help advance women in the workplace.

A truly multi-cultural individual, Roula is trilingual and a national of 3 countries on 3 different continents and has worked with clients and teams across the globe.
